How to buy
Ordering from Japan is simpler than most people expect. Here is the complete process, our payment terms, and the documents you will receive.
Send an inquiry or quote request
Use the Get a Quote form, WhatsApp or email. Tell us the make and model (or the type of vehicle), year range, budget, and your destination country and port. Not sure what you need? Tell us how the vehicle will be used and we will recommend the best options for your budget.
Receive your quotation within 24 hours
We search auction listings and dealer stock across Japan and send you candidates with photos, the independent auction sheet, verified mileage and condition notes — priced FOB, C&F or CIF, as you prefer.
Confirm with a 30–50% advance
When you approve a vehicle, we issue a proforma invoice. A 30–50% advance by bank transfer (T/T) to our Japanese company account secures the vehicle and starts export procedures. The advance is stated clearly on your invoice — nothing more is due until delivery.
Inspection & shipping
If your country requires pre-export inspection (JEVIC, QISJ, JAAI), we arrange and pass it before shipment. We book the earliest RoRo vessel or container and send you the vessel name, ETD and ETA the moment it's confirmed.
Pay the balance after delivery
Once your vehicle arrives, you settle the remaining balance. We believe you should see your order reach you before you finish paying for it — that is how we've built trust with buyers on every continent.
Receive your documents
The original Bill of Lading, Japanese Export Certificate with English translation, commercial invoice and inspection certificate are sent by courier (DHL / EMS). With these you clear customs and register the vehicle.
